Dawid Janosz
A pomade specialist you’ll see in a barbershop more often than at a computer. Industry event? Dawid is there! He loves direct contact with customers and building long-term relationships. In his free time, he’s a sailor and an aviation enthusiast.
Konrad Grabowski
An artistic soul trapped in the mind of a pragmatist. Konrad is an e-commerce expert, a lover of dark music, and clear processes. At KOVAS, he is mainly responsible for the online sales channel and CRM coordination. He keeps his finger on the pulse, implementing step-by-step the wild visions of the future proposed by Adam.
Adam Borowski
Although a "Wolf of Wall Street" slumbers within him, on a daily basis you'll find him running in the clouds of KOVAS visions, plans, and strategies. He is a full-blown visionary, a great networker, and a financier by education. A man whose ideas are consistently ahead of the entire barbering industry.
KOVAS Mission
We are not, and will never be, a cosmetic "fast food." Our mission is to discover the best, natural, and healthy cosmetics made by true enthusiasts and masters of their craft — and then to show them to the world. We want to educate and prove that taking care of yourself is a great investment in yourself.

Bardzo fajne było szkolenie Banaszka i Olejnika jeśli chodzi o treści. Kovas jeszcze większy plus za organizacje. Wszystko jest tak jak być powinno. Niesamowity klimat szkoleń daje wystrój wnętrza gdzie można do tego zrelaksować się z drineczkiem w ręku siedząc w wygodnym fotelu. Godzina też sprzyja bo zazwyczaj szkolenia są o 15:00 😁 mi się bardzo podoba!

Organizacja zajęć mega praktyczna i rzetelna. Prowadzący barberzy perfekcyjnie przygotowani, co jest podstawą udanego szkolenia. Kompetentnie przeprowadzone strzyżenia, pełen profesjonalizm i doświadczenie w wykonywaniu strzyżeń i stylizacji. Każda niezrozumiana kwestia została dokładnie wytłumaczona, a w razie jakichkolwiek wątpliwości barberzy bez problemu odpowiadali na pytania grupy. Przez całe szkolenia widać było ogromne zaangażowanie i chęć przekazywania swojej wiedzy słuchającym.

Ciekawi prowadzący, reprezentujący zupełnie różne style, dzięki czemu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na plus na pewno kameralna atmosfera, co pozwala bardziej skupić się na szkoleniu i więcej z niego wyciągnąć. Polecam.

Na miejscu w pełni profesjonalnie przygotowane stanowisko do pokazów z dobrym światłem, rzutnikiem, obrazem z innych perspektyw, jak i możliwość podejścia do prowadzącego, wystarczająco miejsc dla każdego i co najbardziej nas interesowało – bardzo dobry poczęstunek Jamesonem. Polecamy i na pewno znów się wybierzemy.
