    Orders

    What are the shipping options?

    All orders are processed via DPD courier. Available payment methods include cash on delivery and online transfer.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free. At KOVAS, we have a logistic minimum with a cart value of 1000 PLN net. Smaller purchases can be made through our strategic partner - Barber Supply.

    Training

    I want to know more about barbering. What training do you offer?

    We offer two types of training: product-based, where you will learn about the types of cosmetics offered and how to use them, and Look&Learn, where you will discover men's hairdressing tricks and the applications of selected cosmetics — and join the barber community. Learn more in the Training tab.

    I am not a barber... Is your training for me?

    Look&Learn training sessions are for all barbering fans. We also invite you to our events. Stay updated by signing up for our newsletter.

    Purchasing cosmetics - individual customers:

    Where can I buy your products as an individual customer?

    We encourage you to shop at your barber's. If they work with KOVAS, they can provide your favorite pomade.
